Spring 2025 Commencement

Rehearsal

Friday, May 9, 2025, 2:30 p.m., Academic-Athletic Center (AAC)

Please plan to attend the graduation rehearsal in preparation for the commencement ceremony. The rehearsal will last approximately an hour and is not a dress rehearsal. Students may dress casually.

Ceremony

The commencement ceremonies will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Academic-Athletic Center (AAC) and live-streamed on the MSU YouTube channel. 

• 10 a.m. – Ernst and Sara Lane Volgenau College of Education and College of Science & Engineering
• 2 p.m. – Elmer R. Smith College of Business & Technology and Caudill College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences

Students and guests may arrive one hour prior to the start time of the ceremony.

Tickets are not required for the commencement ceremony, and there is no limit on the number of guests who may attend. Accommodated seating for guests and their families will be available at the AAC. This seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will be live-streamed for those who are unable to attend.
