Teacher Education Services

Teacher Education Services (TES) is committed to helping education majors complete their programs to become certified teachers in a timely and efficient manner. It is the responsibility of the TES to coordinate all aspects of the teacher education program at Morehead State University. The office manages admission to teacher education program, field experiences, student teaching processes, the review of initial teacher certification applications, and the support of various data processing functions throughout the Educator Preparation Program (EPP). Through Teacher Education Services, the EPP provides all students enrolled in teacher education programs with a wide variety of field and practicum experiences in diverse classrooms, including all required pre-student teaching field experiences and student teaching. The office also provides multiple resources, organized around each of these key areas, to guide students and answer questions that may arise.
