Alpha Lambda Pi is open to any student interested in law, networking in the legal field, and providing community legal education.
Phi Alpha Theta is a professional society whose mission is to promote the study of history through the encouragement of research, good teaching, publication and the exchange of learning and ideas among historians. Membership is open to all students who have completed 12 semester hours in History with a minimum GPA of 3.1 in History and an overall GPA of 3.0.
Pi Sigma Alpha is the national honor society for college students of political science and government with 658 campus chapters. Information is available by clicking on its logo or the link above. MSU’s Pi Delta chapter was established in 1986.
The MSU Historical Society is an organization for students interested in history. The society fosters a professional interest in historical subjects by creating, participating, and sponsoring historical debates, and events with a historical theme. Membership is open to all who are interested, regardless of GPA or major.
The Philosophy and Religious Studies Club at Morehead State University is an official student organization sponsored by the Philosophy and Religious Studies faculty. It meets every other week or so to discuss everything from classic philosophical questions to contemporary debates to philosophical aspects of film and literature. Student presentations at the Philosophy Club are strongly encouraged, but regular contributors also include Philosophy professors from MSU, professors from other departments at MSU and professors from Philosophy programs at other colleges and universities.

Societas Pro Legibus is MSU's society for the study of law and legal careers established in 1995 as an official student organization.
