The first step is to apply for admission to Morehead State University. You can apply online for undergraduate (associate or bachelor's degrees) or graduate programs (master's or doctoral degrees).
"Fully online" student status is available for Fall 2025.

Requirements
You must be located within the United States. We cannot currently offer admission to online students from California or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, which have not yet signed on to the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements.

State and federal laws require colleges and universities to be authorized to offer online degree programs in states other than their own.
International students are welcome to apply to study on campus.
