"As a graduate of Ashland Community & Technical College, I transferred to Morehead State University. As a single parent working full-time in the Office of Financial Aid at ACTC, I enrolled part-time in online courses at MSU majoring in a Bachelor of Business Administration – General Business. Each semester I would email my academic advisor and financial aid advisor for help registering classes and making sure the bill was covered. MSU’s Transfer Team was also an invaluable resource along the way. Words cannot express my gratitude for their help!

After a few years, I graduated MSU with a BBA and became a proud Eagle alum. Now, nearly a decade later, I am working as an academic advisor and Morehead State University liaison for Ashland Community & Technical College.

What an amazing opportunity it is to represent the two institutions that made such a huge impact on my life, the life of my family, and the overall trajectory of our future. Now, I get to help others to achieve their goals and by sharing advice based on my personal experience. Without MSU and the partnership they have with ACTC, I would not be where I am today!"
