Eagle Scholars Student Checklist

New students applying to the program must submit:

• Eagle Scholars application
• Registration form
• High school transcript
• ACT, or ACT PLAN test scores
• Any additional test scores needed to meet certain course benchmarks

Returning students to the program must submit:

• Registration form
• Updated high school transcript
• Updated ACT, or ACT PLAN test scores
• Any additional test scores needed to meet certain course benchmarks
