TutorTrac Instructions

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Tutoring appointments are non-recurring. If you need to see a tutor again, please make a new appointment before, during, or after your advising session.

• Log into TutorTrac. The program is available through MyMoreheadState under "MSU Resources."
  • You do not need to enter the User Account or the Password. Just click the RED “Proceed to SSO” button.   
• Find the Schedule an Appointment Box.
• Choose a subject from the drop-down menu. If you are scheduling a peer coach meeting, leave the subject area blank.
• Choose a service/reason from the drop-down menu.
• Click Search.
• Select the appointment time that works best for your schedule.
• Select “Save” to schedule your appointment. You and your tutor will receive a confirmation email.
• If you can not find an appointment, please select the “Report Unable to Find Appointment” Button, and a tutor will contact you.

CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT

Appointments may be canceled online no less than 24 hours before the session.

1. Log into TutorTrac. The program is available through MyMoreheadState under "Academics."
2. Under “Upcoming Appointments”, you will be able to view any scheduled sessions. A small “x” will appear after each appointment.
3. To cancel an appointment, click the “x” next to the unwanted session. You and your tutor will receive a confirmation email, explaining that the session has been cancelled.

VIEW HISTORY

1. Log into TutorTrac. The program is available through MyMoreheadState under "Academics."
2. Select “View History” to view your appointments in TutorTrac, AdvisorTrac and time spent in Computer Study Tables.
