Public Sale-Surplus Property
- Each sale will be held between the hours of 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Due to scheduling conflicts, special sales/events, closing of campus, holidays, etc., the dates and times of each surplus sale may change without notice.
- Each sale is held in the Office of Procurement Services' warehouse located at 134 Third St., Morehead, KY, 40351. For entry, please go to the glass door on the right. For security purposes, the general public can not be granted access to the warehouse except on the days of the public sale or when picking up an item that has been purchased within the time frame specified during the sale.
- All sales are final. Returns and/or refunds are not given. Kentucky sales tax is collected at the time of purchase. If you are tax-exempt, a tax-exempt certificate must be presented before purchasing. If a certificate is not presented sales tax must be collected. At this time only cash or checks are accepted.
- Availability of items at the time of sale can not be guaranteed. Additional information is available by contacting the Office of Procurement Services at 606-783-2018.
