Equestrian Camps and Riding Lessons

During the summers and some semesters, lessons and camps are offered to members of the community on Morehead State's herd of school horses. These lessons are led by the equestrian coach, assisted by student workers. Dates and availability vary by semester.

Horse Boarding at the Derrickson Agricultural Complex

You can bring your horse with you and board it at the Derrickson Agricultural Complex! Just minutes from campus, student boarders have the option of self- or full-care board. Student boarders have access to our heated wash rack, outdoor and heated indoor arenas and round pen. Student-boarded horses are housed in a separate shed-row style barn with cross-ties, feed rooms and a tack room.
