What You’ll Learn in Media Production and Journalism
Our program combines aspects of journalism, broadcasting and audio/video production and web design with innovative technology to give you the skills you need to be a successful media professional. Plus, you’ll get valuable hands-on experience that will give you an edge in a competitive job market.
What makes MSU's program different
Our students receive hands-on experience in our on-campus broadcast facilities. MSU-TV is a three-camera television studio where students create original programming. Morehead State Public Radio is the campus radio station and a National Public Radio member station. The Trail Blazer is Morehead State’s student news publication and can be found online at www.thetrailblazeronline.net.
Admission to Media Production and Journalism
To enroll in the media production and journalism program, you must be accepted to MSU.
