Scheduling Activities on Campus

Scheduling of activities on campus (reserving spaces/locations, technology, equipment, etc) is coordinated through the Student Center & Event Services located on the 3rd floor of ADUC. Related University policies, protocols, and points of contact are found here.

SCHEDULING CAMPUS OFFICIALS

During the course of the academic year members of the MSU community will sponsor special events and activities to which they would like to invite the President, members of the President’s Cabinet, or other prominent members of the University, state, or local communities. Prior to requesting the presence of prominent University officials or sending invitations which make reference to event participants, individuals must comply with the provisions of UAR 903.
