All invitations to bid and requests for proposals are posted using an online plan room. All specifications and drawings will be available for download from that site at no charge. By creating an account with the plan room, you will get notifications of bids and proposals, view details on public bids and proposals, print required bid and proposal forms to submit, view the unofficial low bid, etc. This will also register your business for future procurement opportunities with the University.
