Student Organizations
Members of our organizations frequently attend conferences, complete service and fundraising projects, and visit museums, design firms, and galleries in cities such as Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Denver, Lexington, Louisville, New York, Pittsburgh, and Washington, D.C.
AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF GRAPHIC ARTS (AIGA)
Students in this national graphic design club meet twice monthly. Each year, the group raises money to pay for educational trips and conferences in Lexington, Louisville, and Cincinnati. The group also travels to New York each spring and attends the AIGA National Conference every two years. These trips provide valuable networking opportunities between students and design firms.
The AIGA membership fee is $50. Students may register and pay their fees on the AIGA website. MSU is a part of the Ohio/Cincinnati chapter.
